Person centered, compassionate and mindfulness-based individual psychotherapy for human beings of all ages, races, cultures, sexual orientations and gender identities experiencing any or all of the following challenges: anxiety, depression, ADHD, existential woe, interpersonal relationships, perfectionism, people pleasing, boundary setting, parenting, childhood trauma, attachment fractures, family dynamics, grief and life changes/transitions.

I’m here to help you gain the tools to handle being a human in this overly stimulating world we live in. My core values as a therapist and an individual are compassion, community, playfulness, mindfulness and learning. I am always sharing new books and ideas that I am learning with my clients.
